Meet The Renovaction Family

We’re a family company, founded, owned and operated by us: William and Glaucia. We’ve been a couple for almost two decades and have been fortunate to work on several projects together during that time. Those projects include building two houses overseas, as well as a renovation right here in Melbourne.

What stands us apart from other businesses is that we’re more interested in people happiness than we’re focused on the money. We care about what our clients think (maybe too much!), and we’re wholly dedicated to ensuring our team is happy in their work.
