Meet The Renovaction Family
We’re a family company, founded, owned and operated by us: William and Glaucia. We’ve been a couple for almost two decades and have been fortunate to work on several projects together during that time. Those projects include building two houses overseas, as well as a renovation right here in Melbourne.
What stands us apart from other businesses is that we are more interested in people happiness than we are focused on the money. We care about what our clients think (maybe too much!), and we are wholly dedicated to ensuring our team is happy in their work.
Our goal is to ensure that every single person that we design and manufacture cabinetry for is not just satisfied with the finished project and service but genuinely overjoyed – and that our employees are equally happy so that they can provide the absolute best in client service.

William
William has more than a decade of cabinet design and manufacturing experience under his belt, both here in Melbourne and abroad. He has studied cabinet making, interior design, and building/construction extensively and continues to hone his craft every single day.
Glaucia
Outside of cabinetry, we are cat lovers (we have two: ‘Arya’ and ‘Sansa’) and pride ourselves on our honesty and humility in all that we do.
